"Cafe Americano Review"

I thought I'd write a review about Cafe Americano in Woking as I usually visit this cafe on a weekly basis, however thought I'd voice my opinions of today! I never write reviews, or usually complain about anything, but today I was appalled with the customer service and quite annoyed by it.

Usually, this cafe is a lovely friendly cafe, with plenty of options to eat & drink, along with friendly, nice staff, with a relaxed atmosphere and gorgeous food!

Today, however, was the completed opposite. Firstly, I was rudely spoken to by the staff, no please or thank you, no smiles (I work in customer service myself) and no enthusiasm. Secondly, I usually pay an extortinate £4.20 for a chicken bagel, which I am fine with because usually it's jam packed full of chicken and salad, however today I had 2 very thin strips of chicken and nothing else!! I am appalled by this, and will sadly not being going back and I feel from the emptiness of the cafe (usually it is buzzing full of customers) other people are feeling the same way.
