TO call it Haven House was the biggest joke.IT was Truly A Bad place to exist in .NOT one person that lived there was happy.The word Care did not EXIST.They did not know what that word

ment .ALL they were interested in was the money they were paid to have us live there.SO they could go on nice Holidays Have nice houses .nice

CARS.I Dared to open my window one night as it was unbearably hot .THE owner marched into my room at 7.30 am and slammed it shut .and for 3 weeks the staff had to come in my room every hour through the night and press my alarm to prove they had done so,,,so I was woken up every hour .just because I was so hot . I bet SHE had her windows open .staf were also TOLD NOT to talk to me .THEY told me that .SHE walked in my room whenever she wanted to .I had NO privacy MY few possessions slowly disappear.THis house WAS shut Down thank GOD .they should NEVER be allowed to run a home ever again thanks to a lovely caring place i've found peace and happiness and best of all MYSELF.
