"Waste of a Saturday"

Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about Kwik Fit Goldsworth road.

Booked online, arrived on time and told it would take about an hour so I was happy to wait whilst my car had the MOT.

Then was told my side lights were out and they didn't have any in stock (501 lamps) which I understand is quite a common item and so I was told to drive to Halfords in lions retail park to buy them. doing this, I bought them back to be fitted and they told me they couldn't fit parts they hadn't bought in.

So off I go again, back to Halfords to get the bulbs fitted.

On my return, I was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes just so they could sign off the MoT pass- honestly I was fuming.

Poor communication and lack of any sort of decent customer service (oh and common bulb parts) is why I am complaining about this and will never return..
